"Staff that haven't got a clue"

Out of all the gimps stood around not one can ever answer the phone. When being served there is only a slow speed available. Guaranteed every time something doesn't scan properly and seems like a huge chore for any member of staff to try and hurry things along when the queue is out of the door.
