"Older member of staff rude"

I recently visited the shop on a last muinite thing as only found out my 3 children had places at the school I wanted a day be for as we r new to the area I went in needing help to purchase a lot of uniform.the older member of staff was rude,and made me feel awful she really was not nice.also have tried calling numerous times for phone to just ring out!how on earth that shop is still running I don't know!.
