"Poor Service and rude staff"

A review of Glade Pharmacy by Very Unhappy Customer written on Tuesday 19th of January 2016

Took a prescription in for my elderly father to get some dvt stockings. Was spoken to very badly by staff and manageress who promised she would call me back within 1 or 2 days to advise how long order would take to come thru - that has never happened. Promised order would be with us within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later nothing. Have attempted telephoning to chase over 22 times today and no reply. Today is the 19th January. Prescription taken in at 10am on the 14 December..
