"Very rude!"

I missed my delivery today.

Rang up the Kidderminster Depot to reschedule my delivery. The man who answered the phone (gutted I didn't catch his name) was very rude to me as a customer. I politely asked if it was possible to reschedule for today all he had to say is no, it will have to be tomorrow but instead he decided to cut me off by say 'bye bye' and hung up on me. As a customer I am very disappointed!.
