"PROPRIETOR RUDE LEFT PRE CUT ON SECOND VISIT"

Presumably other reviews on here are by friends of the proprietor or they met him on a better day. I am 50 years old and have used barbers all over the UK for decades and then totally independent. I am also polite by Nature. I have had no cause to previously review a barbers on the Internet until this weekend. I have been to this barbers once before 2 months ago with one of the children and had an average haircut that took some time. On my second visit I wrnt in because I felt sorry for him on a Saturday having no customers in the middle of the day. I quickly found out why. The proprietor was sitting on one of the waiting chairs with his feet up on the others with his head buried in his mobile telephone. There was hair on the floor and on the seat you sit in to have your hair cut. I waited a polite while and said cheerfully "hello shall I sit in this chair". He looked up almost begrudgingly and said in a grumpy voice "give me a minute will ya". Put me off the thought of spending any time with him so I didn't reply and left him with his feet up fiddling with his phone and walked a minute down the hill and had a cut at the far more amenable Kidderminster barbers.
