"Phoned up and was told to go away-i only wanted my kids hair cut"

I tried phoning up to see if anyone could cut my childrens hair before we went on holiday, I was told he could but it would cost because he could make £10 per 15 minutes! I said wow that's expensive and was told huh yeah and he hung up on me! I was totally floored. never even been in the shop and I'm already saying I will never go back! so I went into town and got the kids hair cut by a very friendly lady in a nice salon instead..
