"Very poor food and service"

Have visited twice in last wk and both times been very bad food and service ! Let first go as was booking 15 people and have eaten lots times there! And even tho we had to pre order food on a limited menu food was coming out with 20 mins time difference people had finished there food whilst others will still waiting ! Food was coming out raw sent my nephew burger back twice was raw and stone cold in middle and lots others moaning about there food and lots left which should be questioned! ! Shame as we having been using cavalier for while now going at least 1/2 week but after tonight we will not be eating there again! After waiting nearly 1hr 30 mins for food I ordered sausage mash with selection vegetables ! To be served Smash potato with tin peas and some cheap sausage and my husbands not being much better just about edible! Shame as could be good local place to eat ! Table by us was also moaning about waiting over hour and half for food so could be losing not just our custom !.
